Payment, Shipping and Delivery Policy

Payment

1. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets — including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PhonePe and Google Pay — through our secure payment partner Razorpay.

2. All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

3. GST at 18% applies to all orders and is added at checkout. Your GST number can be entered at checkout so it appears on your invoice for input credit.

 

Shipping

1. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. All other orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

2. All orders receive a confirmation by email.

3. Shipping is calculated on your order value and delivery location. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see the exact charge before you pay.

4. Orders above Rs. 1,000 (before GST) ship free across India, except Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, where standard delivery charges apply to all orders.

 

Delivery Timelines for Surface Shipments:
• Zone A: Within city – 2 days
• Zone B: Within state – 3 days
• Zone C: Metro to metro – 5 days
• Zone D: Rest of India – 7 days
• Zone E: North East & Special States – 9 days

Note:
1. Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days for delivery purposes.
2. When calculating the delivery time, please consider that the first working day will be the day after your order placement.
