Return/Replace/exchange

1.NO RETURN, REFUND POLICY
2.NO REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE POLICY except in rare cases of wrong delivery or a manufacturing defect.

Sprinlock Replacement Policy

Customers must request an exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. Any exchange requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.

Verification: Customers must inspect products for defects before requesting a replacement.

Authorized Delivery: Return products must be sent via an authorized delivery channel.

Replacement Process: After verification, share tracking details via email.
Once we receive and inspect the items, we will send a payment link for replacement dispatch.

Note: Return and replacement shipping costs are covered by the customer.
